    Potato fritter with vegetables 100 g

    Our vitamin bomb with 40 % vegetables. The alternative to the classic one for all vegetable lovers. With frozen vegetables which often have more vitamins than fresh ones.

    Potato fritter with 40% vegetables in gourmet quality: Fresh grated potatoes, fresh onions, leeks, broccoli, carrots, corn, chives, flour, whole egg, rapeseed oil and salt.

    Preparation

    • Oven: Pre-heat to 180 °C. Heat the frozen product on the baking tray for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Combi steamer: Pre-heat to 200 °C. Heat the frozen product for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Pan: Heat the defrosted product without any additional fat for 3 minutes on each side at medium heat. Heat the frozen product for 5 minutes on each side.
    • Deep fat fryer: Fry the frozen product for 3 to 4 minutes at 175 °C. No extra fat will be absorbed.
    • Grill: Heat the frozen product for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Sandwich-Grill: 1 x 5 minutes.

    Potato fritter with vegetables 60 g

    Potato fritter with 40% vegetables in gourmet quality: Fresh grated potatoes, fresh onions, leeks, broccoli, carrots, corn, chives, flour, whole egg, rapeseed oil and salt.

    • Oven: Pre-heat to 180 °C. Heat the frozen product on the baking tray for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Combi steamer: Pre-heat to 200 °C. Heat the frozen product for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Pan: Heat the defrosted product without any fat on 2/3 heat for about 4 minutes on each site. Heat the frozen product on ½ heat on each side for about 6 minutes.
    • Deep fat fryer: Fry the frozen product at 175 °C for 3 to 4 minutes. No extra fat will be absorbed.
    • Grill: Heat the frozen product for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Sandwich-Grill: 1 x 5 minutes.
  • Glutenfreie Pastinakenpuffer

    Parsnips potato fritter glutenfree 60 g

    With 64% parsnips and 30% potatoes. Use it as side dish or vegetarian main course.

    Gourmet parsnip potato fritter: parsnips, potatoes, rice flour, onions, cornmeal, whole egg, rapeseed oil, salt.

    Preparation

    • Oven: Pre-heat to 180 °C. Heat the frozen product on the baking tray for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Combi steamer: Pre-heat to 180 °C. Heat the frozen product for 14 to 16 minutes.
    • Pan: Heat the defrosted product without any fat for about 3 minutes each site on medium heat.
    • Deep fat fryer: Fry the frozen product at 175 °C for 3 to 4 minutes. No extra fat will be absorbed.
    • Grill: Heat the frozen product for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Sandwich-Grill: 1 x 5 minutes.
  • Glutenfreie Karottenpuffer

    Carrot fritter glutenfree 60 g

    We are also able to do it without potatoes: Our carrot fritter glutenfree is a completely new, mild tasting experience!
    With 75 % carrots and 10 % eggs. Use it as a side dish or vegetarian main course.

    Carrot fritter glutenfree in gourmet quality: carrots, whole egg, onions, rapeseed oil, rice flour, maize flour, salt and spices.

    Preparation

    • Oven: Pre-heat to 200 °C. Heat the frozen product on the baking tray for 16 to 18 minutes.
    • Combi steamer: Pre-heat to 200 °C. Heat the frozen product for 20 to 22 minutes.
    • Pan: Heat the defrosted product without any fat for about 4 minutes on each side at medium heat.
    • Deep fat fryer: Thaw the frozen product for 30 seconds at 600 watt in a microwave.Then fry it for 1 minute in a deep fat fryer at 180 °C. No extra fat will be absorbed.
    • Grill: Heat the frozen product for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Sandwich-Grill: 1 x 6 minutes.

    Beetroot fritter glutenfree

    The fritter you want to try – what a colour!

    A delicious combination of beetroot with our fritter dough. The result is a totaly new taste. Try it even if beetroot is not your favorite vegetable!

    Preparation

    • Oven: Pre-heat to 160 °C. Heat the frozen product on the baking tray for ca. 20 minutes.
    • Combi steamer: Pre-heat to 200 °C. Heat the frozen product for 15 to 20 minutes.
    • Pan: Heat the defrosted product without any fat for about 4 minutes on each side at medium heat. Heat the frozen product for about 5 minutes on each side at medium heat.
    • Deep fat fryer: Das tiefgefrorene Produkt in der Mikrowelle bei halber Kraft (600 Watt) für nur 30 Sekunden auftauen.Anschließend für eine Minute in der Fritteuse bei 180° C erwärmen. Keine zusätzliche Fettaufnahme!
    • Grill: Heat the frozen product for 5 minutes on each side. Sandwich-Grill: 1 x 6 minutes.
